Well he said "your" combat step. You might technically use it during someone else's turn.

But you have to be the attacker?

I've totally pumped trouble cards to kill them with "destroy target creature with power X or greater" but it's exceedingly rare and basically only a draft thing.

That is also uncounterable.
I know nothing about it outside of what cards have printed on them.
aaaaadeeeeeeeerp
so it would need to be instanced
but I like it better now that he's just spouting bullshit

it is too perfect a mix of red and green ideals
could have sworn it was also a mutant.
might have dropped that in scourge.
it's instant speed but can only be used on an attacking creature, so that basically limits it to (except in very odd circumstances) your combat phase

Hm. Would prey upon allow you to activate it?
So what would be the unusual circumstances allowing you to activate Bloodrush outside of the combat step?
parallel thoughts is one of my favorite cards. And raven guildmaster.
I just fuckin' love those plasma mummies and I want more of them.
You could:
Attack
BLOODLUST
Prey upon after combat
For maximum dickery.
But you have to be the attacker?
Target attacking creature.
I don't know why you would do it on an opponent's creature, unless you were some sort of weird ass kor-chant mastermind, but that's what it says.
