    i think that since the inception of the internet that the whole "oh you have to wait like x amount of time before you can laugh about something" is now thrown the hell out the window. you are allowed to now laugh at something AS SOON AS YOU HEAR ABOUT IT

    i was cracking jokes about virginia tech the second I heard about it
    at first my friends were like "groan" but two seconds later they were like "okay that was pretty funny."
