    Did you use any pectin in yours? The first couple recipes I saw didn't use anything to make it more gelatin like

    Ohh yeah, whole box.

    5 cups peaches
    7 cups sugar
    1/4 cup lemon juice


    Still pretty loose. the cherry, raspberry, and blueberry are perfect. The peach just didn't set.

    dude, nobody is "organizing" it.

    Yesterday we asked people to post if they were attending, so I could get a reasonable headcount to warn the place tomorrow when I call. All I need is a ballpark tally of people that said they could, but I've been in my office all of about an hour this week, and haven't had a ton of computer access at home, so I couldn't get the tally myself.

    If anyone wants to do me a huge favor and check the last few pages to see who all is coming, it would be ultratits.

    yeah. it's been in my experience that trying to organize people from the internet is an impossible task

    the best you can do is say "me and a few people are gonna be here, if you wanna come, cool, but ifnot no biggie"

    It depends on when it is. I don't mind picking up a few people, but priority's on the people crashing here.
    So when is it? And also, how awesome are you? Be descriptive and use pictures.

    Also OP updated with the Pre-PAX dinner headcount.
