Anyone know of any hotels in the soho area of manhattan that have parking/don't require me to drop $50 a day on it ?

hahahahaha man bowen you are hilarious

I'd be fine if it was onsite and dropping 50 a day on it. Most of them have been like 2 miles away. Not something I really want to walk. Easier to stay in NJ with a huge parking lot, drive into manhattan for 8 hours, then go out.

Bowen, why you want to stay in Soho on-the-cheap?
Why you want drive in manhattan?
    Bowen stahp.

    I meant $50 for parking.

On top of the $200 a night.

I'm fine with the $200 a night, but the $50 for parking rubs me the wrong way.

I am just driving into manhattan for the stay, not going to be driving around. But I could just stay outside and drive in and park for the day too, because fuck my face at that $50 a day for parking. I could get $50 a night at some chincy motel 30 minutes away from westchester.

not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me

    driving in manhattan blurghhhhhhh

lol stay in one of those hiltons in jersey city and take the path in or something

I remember when my family took our family trip we wound up staying at a Hilton in Hoboken and just took a ferry over to Manhattan. Took a little bus trip around the city and then came back. It was July 4th so we didn't dare risk driving for fear of getting stuck/lost. Also, funnily enough, my Dad got us escorted across all lanes of the Lincoln tunnel entrance because he missed an exit and we didn't have any American money on us at the time to pay the toll. The NYPD that were there were nice though and since my Dad was a fellow officer he had some spare shoulder badges that he gave them since they can be collectible. Still, kept my head down as the alarm was sounded and he was escorted across all the lanes and had angry New Yorkers cursing and gesturing at us was...interesting. lol

if you're driving and want to stay in manhattan i think your best bet would be to park it in long term at an airport and take a cab in

i never had a car when i was there so i am useless when it comes to "where should i park"

Park in an outer borough and take the subway in.

Or JFK long-term parking, safer than on the street.

If they didn't charge for parking they'd have to bake it into the room price and insure they had enough parking to accommodate the people attracted by "Free Parking". It would be an absolute nightmare.

Not sure if it's ASUS or Window's fault, but whichever turd decided to switch the boot menu key from F8 to esc can bite me. I'm guessing it's Windows, since F8 now brings up the Windows 8 automatic repair function.

My buddy lives opposite the Holiday Inn in Hells Kitchen. They have parking, I don't know whether it's free or not, but there is a LOT of FREAKY midwesterner sex going on at all hours of the night.

No those are in JC, but most are very PATH friendly (because why the fuck else would anyone stay in JC).

You likely aren't going to hit your pricepoint of $200 a night within walking distance of Webster Hall.

You can park in real garages in JC and Hoboken pretty cheap then take the PATH in. Get dropped at 14th st which is maybe a 10-15 min walk to Webster Hall
