Seeking a Syncing PDF Annotator

I recently received a Nexus 7 and I've mostly been enjoying it, but I'm having difficulty finding a PDF reader that can do what I want it to do. Basically, I'm looking for an app that will let me read and annotate PDFs on the go, and then sync those notes, so that I can then review and use those notes on my main computer. Does such a program exist for the Android? Free is always nice, but I'm willing to pay for quality, or even just for the existence of that feature.

    Lets you annotate and play with files that are stored on dropbox or google cloud. So, pretty much what you need right there.

    As for "syncing" it to your desktop, dropbox works perfectly fine for that, point it to a directory, and that's where all your files accessible by this will be. Add more, move them out, etc.

    Now that you beta tested it, I will probably end up using it, kudos, glad it works.
