MLB fantasy slowdraft 2013 Draft is complete

You should know how this works by now! If not, well, we do a fantasy league like normal, only we draft on the forums over the course of a couple months rather than in an hour on Yahoo.

recycled rules from from last year

Same rules as last year: random draft order, snake draft, 24 hours to pick. Signups are open but returning managers will be given preference. We had 14 teams last year We may be able to have more than 14 teams if interest is high, though, so if you are interested by all means contact us!

Please sign up in purple so we can see it.

Things you'll need to play:
A Yahoo account
Preferably a Google account so I don't have to enter your draft picks for you into the spreadsheet.
A name for your team.

How it works:
We draft teams of baseball players here on the forums. The person that picks the players with the best stats wins. We'll probably have the same stats count as last year unless people want to do something different.

Funny pictures to go along with picks are appreciated.

To sign up, post here with your team name. Goal is 14 teams. Priority goes to returning managers. Sign up quick, we need to start drafting.

I committed the fantasy baseball mortal sin of being "that asshole" who didn't pay attention at all towards the end of last season. I will defer to others who may want in. If you can't get enough people, or just want more, the Alexis Texas Rangers will come crawling back.

I might actually believe him this time around. It seems perfectly plausible for his lawyers to hire a PED expert not affiliated with MLB to consult or testify on their behalf.

Not that it matters, since he'll probably get 50 games just from the public outrage anyway.

Edit: This will, of course, lead to someone drafting him way early and still getting a massive bargain when he's not suspended.

I got the invite for the league last year on Valentine's Day, but I was one of the last people to be in. I think the draft started that day or the day after.

I like anywhere really. Back to back or very close picks are nice because you can snag two guys you want, but you also have to really reach sometimes. I'm gonna have to go look and see who I can even get. Wonder how far Braun falls with the PED stuff THIS year
