And the nice thing about that is you don't feel like a bad person when you choose to ignore certain types of art, because you can't possibly take EVERYTHING in.

There is a long history of artists being severely mentally ill, too. See: Van Gogh, more relevantly, Antonin Artaud (look up the theatre if cruelty)
The point is, Jeep is not having an honest conversation. He has been pressed to define art. He has opted instead to use personal attacks and (failed attempts) at negation instead.

I'm thinking about picking up a pretty cheap place as well, do some work on it. It's absolutely insane how high rents still are with how absurdly cheap houses are. I could do 15 years fixed and have the mortgage on a small 2/2 be half of the rent on a similarly sized apartment, hell, just a bit more than half of what a studio runs around here, although they're uncommon. Property taxes aren't that bad either, although homeowners insurance rates suck.
