    Actually, with as much as the meta has shifted, America has been catching a lot of flak for mostly sticking to their old characters. The only really notable shift to new top tier I know of is PR Rog picking up Fei Long.

    The thing I love about Poongko is that his crazy style will prevent him from ever winning big tournaments but everyone is always going to be terrified of getting blown up by him.
