Additional Notes:I'm pretty easy going, perfectly willing to crash on a floor or whatever (although I'll want to know that in advance so I can bring a sleeping bag) if you are looking to meet someone who's willing to hang out, or just have another person in the room to split the cost and not talk to, I can do either one.
Basically I am looking for a place to sleep that is within a travelable (is that a word?) distance from the convention (ideally a hotel with shuttle service), however I am not sure if I can spend more than about $150- basically I am trying to find a place closer than the dorm rooms of people I already know but are halfway across the city. I would rather not have to bail from the convention at 10:30 to take public transportation.
