Oh hey, we're running! There's so much more RP than there used to be. I twirl my elfy braids, I guess?

By the way, timezone clarification: CST is in daylight savings right now so I guess all times marked as CST are actually CDT?

It occurs to me that Shino Sly is uncharacteristically cunning for a Cartagran. Sly, even. This trait is not uncommon among demons, or so I have heard (not that I would ever accuse anyone of such a thing).

Oh, hello. Do forgive me. Watching you all stumble around in the dark, looking for someone at random to blame is quite a sight. Please, don't stop on account of my loud snacking. Ineptitude does make me so very peckish.

    *munch*

But enough about my endearing idiosyncrasies. By all means, do carry on. Having you all pause your rising paranoia to listen to me is dulling my immersion experience.

    *munch munch*

It's cute the way he assumes that we listen.

I do suppose "listen" is quite a stretch, since you certainly lack the tools to understand basic human speech. "Hear" is a more apt verb for accuracy's sake. What a rare folly of mine! Giving you more credit that you clearly deserve.

All this ignorance must be rubbing off on me. What's next, mortality? How delightfully dreadful.

Of course, it always helps if they have a sly man on the docket to pick up juicy gossip for them... eh? Sirs? I totally wouldn't use my cunning to spy on my master and sell his secrets.

    Knowing?

He chortles, the sound was damp, off-putting.

That's the rub, now isn't it? We strive to learn, but the more we learn the more we want.

Our thirst, no, our lust for knowledge will be our downfall, but not mine, haha, for I have already fallen into the immortal abyss that even now, I know, is waiting for me.

Ha ha! Quite right. Quite surprising as well, considering the source. It seems underestimation is not without its few merits.

Ah, what a busy time this will be for you all. Were I not able to skip ahead to the end of The Game at my own leisure, I would be bursting with anticipation as brutishly as many of you soon will be with blood. But, rest assured, none of it will go to waste. I plan to make a most exquisite crimson mural to commemorate my latest success.

As the others descended into paranoia and began to fling accusation towards on another. Johnson Barlet was busy looking around the room, truth be told the beggar had already reach the state of paranoia before this game had started. Claiming to be tormented by THEM, he did know if any of his companions within this room were THEM, but he suspected because this was further torment for him and he could only conceive of THEM tormented him.

As his eyes stared intently at each member within the room before moving on another occupant, the beggar began mumbling incomprehensibly to himself in a whisper. If anyone was close, they might have heard the mumbling and have been confused as to what the man was saying.

Eventually, his eyes stopped wondering he room madly analyzing his new companions. They widen as they stopped on the one known as Quinn "premium" Glover, the dwarf burst into a shriek as he pointed his finger accusingly at Quinn.

"HE'S ONE OF THEM!" This thing claims to be man, but really he is a fail thing that harasses merchants and drive them out of business! I should know I've experienced for THEM first hand. They took all that I had and left me poor and broken, but that wasn't enough was it? No, you had to continue to torment me afterwards, so that I couldn't recover and restart my business."

"I'm watching you," the poor bastard said with is finger still point at Quinn before backing further away, staring cravenly at the man known as Quinn.

James Raddison sat quietly in the corner, watching everyone bicker and point fingers. Ever since he was robbed, literally, of his title by a seductress, the streets had been his home and possessions were his enemy. He was used to having nothing and he was used to being ignored as a beggar. So waking up empty handed and in a strange dark place was nothing new. His first instinct was to continue the status quo. He had been shamed for good reason and he would stay quiet. No one wanted to hear from a failed knight.

However, seeing the vision of what used to be his responsibility burned and scorched woke something inside him. Maybe this was his chance. Maybe this could be his redemption. This could be the first step. A feeling of strength and power stirred inside him. He had forgotten what confidence felt like. It felt good.

He stood up and let the first words leave his lips since being sent away from the knighthood.

    "Shalmelo is always evil."

For whom do I advocate death? For whom do I vote, in this macabre election? Ahhhh, I am used to having real control, not this pittance of a contribution. I am used to making the decisions, not merely asking others to join with me.

For now, let CesareB die. I owe a debt, and while it is no great debt, still I owe it.

What time zone does this game run by?

Central time zone, with daylight savings in effect. So it is 2:50 PM when I post this, the first night ends in 7 hours and 10 minutes, and any special actions must be PM'd by 6 hours and 10 minutes.
