This is a game I've been interested in for awhile, but I've never played; I know the participants are set up now, but would it be possible for me to play along with someone? I'd mostly ask questions and give 'advice' based on my understanding; you would have, of course, have final say, etc.

To clarify on the Saar: you're limited to building one space dock per planet in an activated system per turn, but there is no limit to how many can occupy a system (you're still limited by the number of dock pieces in your reserve).
Huh, looking at the N'orr, they seem like a flat out better version of Letnev, who has to pay 2 trade goods for +1 combat per combat round.
