    I am a lazy friend, too. But then, so are my friends. We get together at Christmas and are all 'oh shits we'd best write/hang out this year' and then we never do.

    I have just found out its extremely likely i've inherited a heart condition from my Dad's side of the family.

    Its nothing major. The doctors explained that regular exercise and a healthy diet will make sure my ticker doesn't fuck up

    I've not told any of my friends. They think i've started running,doing weights and cutting out junk food just because i WANT to get into shape. Not because i don't want to have a heart attack in my 40's and die.
