To play, your group will want a hex map, which you can print for free from many sites, including http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/. Each player will want a full set of RPG dice (or an electronic dice roller), pencils and Character Sheet. Choose one player to be the game master (or Space Marshal). Each spaceship on the map should be represented by a 20-sided die. The number on the die indicates your "height" on the map. The SCRIOS rulebook includes the introductory adventure Trouble in Tango. Players can also purchase optional, full color, customizable, 3D-print-on-demand miniatures from the SCRIOS Miniature Shop on Sculpteo.com.
Later this summer, the Trouble in Tango adventure will be available as a stand-alone box set, available from The Game Crafter, for a complete night's standalone game, including a full color double sided map, pre-generated character sheets, scenario book, dice, and game tokens to make it easier to keep track of your spaceship and missiles, damage, and other environmental objects.
