Updated the OP to add the sections "Vaulting" and "Doors" to the "anything else I should know?" area, this is important information. In addition, I updated the item descriptions for Grenades and Medkits to reflect that their use ends your turn.

I'm not going to sign up, because this seems pretty complicated. Unless I can be Dr. Vahlen and just yell at players every time they blow something up.
TAC: Commander, we've got that tactical overlay you requested.
HQ: What the hell am I looking at, Tactical?
TAC: Well as you can see, we've overlaid the imagery with a coordinate grid for ease of description. We've also analyzed locations we think are untenable for our troops to pass through, and marked these locations in cyan. Of course, we've marked the tables and counter in this way, though the troops are certainly capable of vaulting over them.
HQ: So any ground that's not covered in a cyan rectangle...
TAC: ...is a legitimate tactical location.
If I don't have your character when I get ready to close sign-ups tonight, I'll just roll your stats randomly, and @Sir Fabulous will choose your names.

I've incorporated some suggestions from @MrBlarney into the tactical map, it should be less ambiguous and more aesthetically pleasing now. Let me know if anything is unclear.
For the sake of my sanity, not this time. If there's a sequel, I'd like to include different elevation levels, but it was just too complex for a first outing.
could you maybe make the grid lines a bit darker? They're easy to see on the wood floor, not so much everywhere else.
I'll...see what I can do. I didn't make the grid lines, so I can't just grab-and-darken. If nothing else, I'll overlay some transparent lines every, say, 3 or 4 tiles as guides.
I think that's everything. A couple reminders/notes:
1. Remember to include Sir Fabulous in any PMs or proboards.
2. Unless you were specifically told otherwise, you have an Assault Rifle. It deals 2-3 damage on a successful hit.
3. Day 0 can either end Monday night if everybody's cool with that, or we can extend it to Tuesday night, since I realize there's a lot of decisions to be made. Let me know what you think.

So, uh, how many squads are there? Looks like probably 3 or 4, with at least one mafia in each?
E: There's more than one scenario, but the two most likely are probably 3 squads of 7 with leftovers that are mafia or 7 / 7 / 6 / 6 with some mafia in each squad.
