Yes I know what brussels sprouts taste like I don't need to try it every 5 years to reaffirm that they taste motherfucking death in food form. Otherwise I'm far less of an issue than say, a vegan, when it comes to preparing a meal.
Oh there's tomatoes in my salad? Take that shit right out (though tomato slime on everything still gives it a hint of that nastiness, but still edible). Oh someone mad brussels sprouts? Just won't eat them.
Most people douse shit in enough garlic and salt that it overrides bitters anyways!

The easiest example of super tasting I know of is the sushi seaweed thing. Tastes like paper to me. Tastes like horribleness to supertasters

Have you ever tasted bile? That's what bitter tastes like for a supertaster. It's bitter, but magnified.
They have these strips they place in your mouth to test for it, holy fuck are they the worst.
So beer is like drinking bile. Coffee isn't so bad if you make it half milk/sugar and coffee.
