Tyrantrum seems like it could maybe kill it through a burn since it has Head Smash and resists both STABs, but a burned Tyrantrum is useless against anything else.
Stealth Rock prevents it from switching in and out, but that's probably not the problem. Can you weaken it to the point where an unboosted Aegislash Shadow Sneak revenge-kill it?

I really appreciate that the characters in this game acknowledge that you saved the world. Especially the members of the Elite 4, who were busy not helping out at all. There is no reason at all why Tierno and Trevor should have been included in the parade. Glory-stealing punks.
It made me think about Black/White, when the Gym Leaders showed up to help fight Team Plasma after N destroyed the Elite 4. They couldn't do a lot, but at least they tried to do something. Where were all those veteran trainers that I had to deal with on Victory Road? Blah.

Id say your best bet is something like gyrados until landorus comes out and pranks talonflame to death

So, for a fire gym, would talonflame with defog make a good stealth rock counter or would torkoal be a better pick?
