defog is flying type
and so is acrobatics/Brave Bird, which makes talonflame enough of a terror that you can force a switch with it at the right time and safely use defog
but even failing that you can just suicide-bomb them with defog to clear away stealth rock for your other guys
you wouldn't think that'd be worth it
but people have been using suicide leads since gen IV to set up stealth rock, so
