One of my favorite little jokes so far was in the first day of case 1.
Juniper is gushing about Apollo, and at one point Phoenix thinks to himself, "The way she's praising him, you'd think he was a some kind of ancient god."
The secret best thing about this game is the Notes system.
No more running around trying to figure out what piece of evidence the game wants you to present to someone to actually move the investigation forward.

It's actually really good. It's essentially just the first game in movie form (and wouldn't make much sense if you didn't play the games) but a few things changed around. I loved it.

Now that I look at it, that's probably how the courtroom was originally designed to look. I mean, how often do you see anything that isn't Phoenix/Judge/Stand/Prosecutor?

Athena's double-palm desk slam (as she has a single one too) is my favourite animation so far, you can tell that she is just livid.
Also 'SILENCE' is a pretty good trademark phrase for Blackquill.

Blackquill's good, but he's a pretty cut and dry "Bad Guy"
Klavier's a friend to Apollo, and he's actually after the truth of a case rather than winning or losing
I'd like to see him and Phoenix face off in better circumstances than the last time they did
