    Why are these comics hidden? Why can't I find them by clicking "back" from the new comics that are being posted? Seems like this is the perfect introductory strip for new readers and it's sad that most won't see it.

    Comic doesn't display properly unless the window is big enough, if I sidescroll I see this:

    I kinda wanna know why Malachi's parents put him in this camp. Was he a bad kid, a disappointment? As much as i like these characters there doesnt seem like there's a lot of character development. Other than that i really like these strips.

    That's what I think Synthiate. I'm convinced this was Purdy's first appearance, not the "in a tree" one. Slightly different shorts than later, but these are black as they are in 29. Hair's slightly different, but overall it's heavily similar between the two (shirt color, hair color mostly the same, style mostly the same, etc.) (Perhaps this incident with the slop was what drove her to the hunting lifestyle!)

    I deeply enjoy how Malachi is using their bed to write the letter.
    The bed is that stiff, and possibly has no desk to write at?
    Subtle allusion to the state of the camp.
    This is the first page I've read thus far, but with the name and the fact there are no adults and the aquatic style of postal service...

    I would wonder if any of these children have parents or...

    Cannot wait to binge on this comic.

    I missed starting this when you first posted after the contest. I was able to make it over to you at this PAX and reignited my interest. All I can say is WOW!! One of my top three favorite strips to read and enjoy the beautiful artwork you create, please don't ever stop!
