Nene was injured in the Bullets season opener. A lot of people had Washington penciled in for a 6 or 7 seed but with the injury history of some of their key players I wouldn't be surprised if we saw them in the lottery again.
Probably better off in the lottery than grabbing a 7 or 8 seed and getting swept.
I'm not sure Nene is all that much of a loss though.
John Wall, Bradley Beal, Trevor Ariza, and Nene all missed 21 games or more last season. Fortunately though they did trade the already injured Okafor for Gortat a few months earlier than everyone expected.
i hope it doesn't become too simmons-centered (like in that "don't get fired" disclaimer thing), because the whole ensemble works pretty well together, and honestly jalen is the best one

Watched the Cavaliers hand Minnesota their first loss last night at the Q (although they almost gave it away after leading by more than 20) but the most exciting thing was Andrew Bynum playing 18 and a half minutes of professional basketball
they've generally been playing hard and losing, which is all i wanted, but holy god i can't watch jordan crawford anymore, he's going to give me an aneurysm
steph better be okay, for both the sake of my fantasy team and my general enjoyment of basketball
