Also this is not news but I think that Anthony Davis has a future in the NBA, yes I do.

Let's just hope he doesn't leave the Pelicans at the end of his rookie contract. That dude can play, I'd hate to see him leave.

No one leaves at the end of their rookie contract voluntary. The difference in pay compared to resigning for a max deal is enough to set yourself and your whole family up for life.

Literally no player offered the max to resign has turned it down.

Well, yeah. You got a point. And Davis will most likely command a max deal, if he doesn't pull a Greg Oden anytime soon.

The Knicks comedy never ends. New York, whom does not possess a single asset worth building around long term or a first round draft pick until 2018, have reached out to the Boston Celtics regarding Rajon Rondo.

I think Dolan might be the worst owner in sports. The man is delusional.

At least Sterling and the like are pretty up front about being evil assholes who don't give a shit about winning as long as they're making money off the team. But Dolan doesn't have the slightest of clues in his head.

yeah i have no idea what their pitch is

shumpert is their only decent asset, they have no picks to deal, and it's not like they can take on gerald wallace's shitty contract and send back some expirings, because they have no expirings making more than the minimum

Dolan needs to develop more interest in hockey. Let him fuck with the Rangers more and leave the Knicks alone.

Maybe Dolan makes trades on NBA2K and figures by the games logic, a Iman Shumpert/Beno Udrich/Toure Murray for Rondo trade makes sense.

"MY XBOX GAME FUCKING ACCEPTED IT. MAKE IT HAPPEN OR I EXTEND JR SMITH ANOTHER 4 YEARS!"

Davis looks way too fluid and graceful to pull an Oden

Even if he has to go through like, microfracture surgery, we've advanced enough medically that people like Blake Griffin can still play above the rim and shit afterwards

Oden's body was just awfully put together (one leg is like two inches shorter than the other, sucks to be him)

Yeah Strahan may have gotten his lousy sitcom but he was retired and people actually like Michael Strahan.

Part of me hopes it gets made just to see who he casts as himself and who he casts as Lebron.

I can imagine Michael Jai White, with special guest Jaleel White starring as Lebort James.

I probably should have waited to pick up Tony Allen because he's being suspended for kicking CP3 in the face.

There only chance for what? Everybody but the Lakers themselves has realized they are going nowhere this year. They should trade Pau, let Kobe rest until spring and blow this thing up. But then again - I don't want them to get something good out of the draft and actually get better, so ... go Lakers!

In other news. How long until Kidd gets fired in Brooklyn?

  • Options
ButtersButters A glass of some milks Registered User regular
Firing Kidd isn't going to get Deron Williams on the court any faster or make KG and Peirce any younger.

Since when are coach firing ever logical?

Also. Fun fact. Sacramento, 2nd to last in the Wester conference has the same record as No. 8, Detroit, in the East. That is just mind boggling.
