I'd be totally down for it, I just lack the funds to support a trip and stay halfway across the states =\

Where the fuck is my flying car already?

I'm so going to be there, all the way from Port Coquitlam in the Tri-Cities (in Canada eh?), a good 3 hour drive, towing a trailer full of stuff, and maybe an extra body besides me and my brother.

I went to NWC 03, and it kicked ass. I'm building a 40k table for this, and god dammit, i'm not going to miss it!

    Here's the driver in that.

Just a note that while the car has six seatbelts, three hours of that wouldn't be fun.

You should be able to recognize us as that old brown thing towing the weird green trailer behind it.

I really want to go, I live in Indiana, and I'm trying to get my dad to fly us out there.

Will we be able to meet the PA guys? I would love to meet Gabe/Tycho or whatever their real neames are ;)) I've been a fan for a long time, and this would be awesome if I could go to it.

    Keeping my fingers crossed!

I'm gonna drag another carload* of canucks down from Langley, BC. So if anyone in the BC lower mainland wants to hook up and make a convoy send me an e-mail. (EDIT: This is probably a more relevant post for the convoy thing: http://www.penny-arcade.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=2323006#2323006)

However, I think I'll hold off on the beer and see if I can sneak Yenner into a lonely bathroom stall and beat him up for his (Yes, bigrock is *that* good).

I'm coming from Alaska as well. I'm pretty sure I'll make it since it's still a few months off. Already looking up ticket prices and planning my money out to make it happen.

Round trip airfair from Anchorage to Seattle is about $210-$250, so it's not all that bad.

Nothing wrong with Minis. I'm bringing my Ork army, not to mention building a 40k table for this.

Speaking of which i should get to work on that table.

After I get back from California. Maybe a little before.

Also going, though a newcomer to the board expressively to post concerns pertaining to the convention :P Not the best at video games of any sort but I love to watch them played, enjoy the field, and geekdom is always good.

I'm also dragging along my boyfriend, a few other gamers, and if we're lucky a few of my female friends as well. :D

I will be in attendance. Even if I have to walk there from Phoenix, I will be in attendance.

You may recognize me at the con by this ID I'll be wearing on a lucasarts lanyard:

I'd probably be killed if I didn't show up. The cult frowns on poor attendance.

You might want to work on that sense of self-importance. It will be much easier to get to Seattle if you don't take it with you.

My registration and my hotel room reservation are locked in and paid for, as well as my friends. All I need to do now is arrange transportation(flight) and secure a day and a half off around the event.

I'll be bringing my PC, it's an Athlon 1800+ with a GeForce 4 ti4200, I would upgrade it to bring it up to par for playing a smooth game of UT2004 but paying for the flight and a new motherboard with faster RAM, processor, video card, etc, is nearly undoable.

Maybe I should just build or buy a second one and put myself in debt. j/k

Assuming my summer job doesn't fall through (and I can save the needed money for airline tickets--my poor little 250cc motorcycle can't make it there from Las Vegas ), I'll totally be there to pwn your asses with Ganondorf at the SSBM tourney. ;)

Wish I could haul my PC with me, but carrying that anywhere would be obviously very difficult, if not impossible, and my laptop is pretty worthless for games.

Despite the fact that this thread is titled "Who IS going?", I feel like sharing the unpleasant truth of my NOT going. As much as I would like to, I live in Denver, CO and don't exactly have the money to go on an excursion any time soon. However, if this becomes a regular thing, you can bet that you'll be seeing my occasionally hairy visage at the next one, for I will make it happen.

Honestly, I didn't intend it to sound nearly as self-important as that post came across. Forgive me?
