Frequent Logouts

in Tube's Circus Of Bug Reports and User Issues
Since the Valentine's Day thing went live, the forums seem to enjoy logging me out random intervals, sometimes mid post, sometimes when I jump threads and sometimes when I jump forums. I'm not sure if it's on my end or not, but reporting it seemed the responsible thing to do.

    This has actually been happening since before that went live, I think the extra interactions and clicking around due to the game just makes it more noticeable. Thanks for the report though, I am certain Icy is already working on it :)

    Isn't that the opposite of resolved? It seems to be marking threads as read, even if it logs you out and goes to the first page

    Yeah I am getting it like... every few clicks now

    I don't need to log back in, I just refresh or click on something else and I'm back to being logged in

    Me too, and only since this morning. Been logged out 6 times in the last half hour. I'm on mobile, iOs7, using google chrome

    I find just clicking on the section or thread again has me logged back in, so I think it's just skipping the cookie sometimes for some reason.

    i find refreshing works sometimes but not every time

    haven't pinpointed a difference between when it does and doesn't work though :/

    I'm not only getting logouts, I'm getting "can't connect to this site" things from Firefox. It's kind of weird because I can log on for a bit but you try to come back and nothing, and it just seems to be the forums page.

    Yeah I'm getting the log outs again now with just being logged back in on next click. Using iOS 7.0.4 Safari.

    Not actually logged out, but the login screen is shown. Loading the bookmarks page from the login screen without clicking login again works just fine.

    ...and when you are done with that; take a folding
    chair to Creation and then suplex the Void.

    Logged out, along with a 403 error at the bottom right saying something about varnishing the cache. Which is basically the silliest sounding error message ever.

    it logged me out and gave me some Varnish Cache error

    Logged back in to try to post again

    turns out in quad-posted?

    I am not getting logged out of the forum, but I am getting logged out of the main site with every page click.

    In other words, I log in on penny-arcade.com, I click to a new page, I'm logged out. Log in again, click a new page, logged out. Repeat ad nauseam, after which time I just don't bother logging in anymore.

    I run IE11 on Windows 8.1 Pro as my main. My alt is Firefox 27; I haven't observed the same behavior in that browser.

    I'm not sure if it's related to the logout issue, but I can't seem to log in through the forums.

    On the forum homepage, I click log in, enter my info (neither username nor email address works), and the message I get back says
    Email/Username is required.
    Password is required.
    Please try again.

    But if I go to the PA homepage, I can use the club pa login, and then click through to the forums.
