Wow; I hadn't realized it at first, but did anyone else just see Germany get three builds in one year?! Everyone else gained one build and Germany doubled their power...

could turn out to be a lopsided game
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. :P
I probably just fucked myself, because I've got the "early lead" curse.
Kusu, I wasn't quite sure what the hell you were talking about, so if these aren't your exact intended orders, blame it on miscommunication to the troops.
If anyone is having trouble meeting their deadlines, I suggest you find a back-up player and give them the password to your Gmail account. When you're not around, they can fill in for you.
I'll add an extra hour onto the deadline, for tonight, but I can't keep postponing every night.

Hrm, something doesn't look quite right there. Check your mail RBB.
Edit: I'm going to bed, for posterity, Germany can't move a fleet from Edinburgh to Liverpool and therefore must be assumed to hold in Edinburgh.
Fuck. Sorry about being constantly late guys, I've got a lot of stuff to do, and haven't been remembering to move unless reminded. I'll try to be better about that.
You're right, Kayne. I was aware of the rule but overlooked it.
What rule?
Since I just got good and fucked by it, I'd like to know where it is.
I'll check for a page number if you'd like, but for fleet movement, provinces must be adjacent by coastline, not simply border, so for example, you could move to York or Clyde with that fleet, but not Liverpool as neither provinces coasts connect.
EDIT: It's page 5, second paragraph on the left under Fleet Movement

Right.
I've had people try to pull that in games as well. My favorite is people who try to slide from Constantinople to Greece in one move.
This is really cool. I'm really enjoying watching things go down. I'd like to see the list of moves for every turn, though. Just as a fan of the game, myself. But I know that's a bitch to type out, so don't worry about it.

RBB has been sending out a full list each turn to the players, so I suppose it wouldn't be too much work to move them here. I'll leave that up to him however.
I don't have orders from either Russia or France, and it's forty minutes past deadline. I'm going to delay this turn until tomorrow in the hopes we can get all this sorted out.
Wow, this will change alot if you don't go with the old frances alliances. And I mean A LOT.
I hardly even know what they are. I mean, I can guess from the board position, but I strongly suggest that people gmail me so that I can get a feel for the political climate.

Nah, I don't think so - RBB fwd a copy of the retreat this morning.

Man, have I got a Diplomacy boner right now.
Diplomacize with me, people. Also, be aware that I'm getting in my orders on time and my armies will not simply be holding and waiting to get fucked.
