I did provide them with my current compensation and I'm hoping they realize that they would need to be above that for me to jump. I have a feeling they're going to come in low.
I dunno, this whole thing definitely has some risk. I'm at a pretty good place right now although my my job satisfaction has definitely dipped since I got moved to the impersonal cube farm.
