I just got 3 legendaries in the last hour. That's more than I ever saw pre 2.0.
One was a crappy sight stone, one was a wizard chest and the other was an innas chest that I'm using now!

I'm mostly happy with the legendary drop thing except: I keep getting 2H weapons (mostly axes and maces) and I got 3 of that legendary material for making Pender's Purchase
I am going to be so upset if I don't get the plans for those gloves within like a week of being level 70
When you're wielding two weapons and you compare a 2-handed weapon, is that a comparison against your combined wielded weapon stats? Or is it dumb and only compares against your MH weapon like in WoW?

I'm pretty sure the paper doll pretty reliably compares a 2H weapon to dual weilding or MH/OH
It doesn't account for %skill damage or %elemental damage though
also I found a STALGARD'S DECIMATOR last night and it is a lot of fun, it only works on melee builders (so not weapon throw, and not whirlwind) but the axe smart fires independant of the direction you're facing and it fires as long as there is an enemy within range on your screen, you don't actually have to hit anything when you swing or even have anything targetted
it would basically be a better cannoneer familiar if it wasn't stuck on a two handed weapon
The DPS comparison tells you what would happen if you equipped that item right now. So it works for comparing a 2h to dual wielded weapons, but you can't compare a 1h to a 2h since it won't include an offhand.
yeah the more I play the more I hate loot 2.0. the only reason half the stuff I'm doing works is because I have legacy gear. but at the same time the game is still fun to play so it's not like I'm running crypt of the ancients for 6 hours just to prove a point.
In RoS they do have gambling to let you target a specific slot in hopes of a particular legendary. But yeah you'll probably drive yourself crazy thinking too hard about finding one specific item in Loot 2.0.

Thanks whoever pointed out I should be using doggies since I got that chest that gives me more of them. I hadn't even considered it because hunter pets were so shitty before.

I've just been going and finding the keywarden of a particular act and then fucking him up in hopes of getting a key. I've got 2 destructions and 1 hate.

I would never have bothered with Familiar before a Tal Rasha's chest dropped with +damage for it and now I love the thing.
