First get all characters to level 10. That will unlock the basic cards.
You can do this by playing the expert AI. That will give you the basic set and gold for packs.
I'm in the process of doing this but I want to look all the cards I guess to see what I can only access through buying/earning packs

I find what happens is I'll start to get that drained/zonked feeling around 2 or 2:30 every afternoon. When that happens most of the time I'll get up and move around a bit to wake myself up and then I'm good for the rest of the afternoon. If after I move around I'm still feeling it then that's when I'll get a second cup.

First expert cards are just what is unlocked with packs. There is really just one set.
If you want to look though press the crafting button. This will show all the cards you can craft which are the expert cards. Everyone of those cards is earned via packs or crafting. You craft by disenchanting expert cards for dust.
Really though get the basic cards unlocked and start playing.
Also a fun way to mess with stuff you don't own is by playing arena which is draft format.

No, that's not a thing most people can control. But estradiol, as I mentioned (plus something to block testosterone) ends spontaneous erections. In many (most?) people it ends erections pretty much completely, actually. I just have some kind of superboner. But now it is very different in that I pretty much get no physical reaction unless I am consciously thinking sexy thoughts. This is probably a general sex-wide difference, as far as I can tell. It's not a thing that's really under my control, in that sexy thoughts often just pop into my head when nothing else is going on, but if I avoid thinking any arousing thoughts for a day, I won't have much genital blood flow that day. So whereas before not thinking sexy thoughts didn't guarantee a lack of random physical arousal, now it more or less does.
