Apparently he was in Seinfeld (never really watched it) but I knew him more for his comedy which I thought was pretty great. Sad day.

He's the guy that gets carjacked at the end of Seinfeld while the main cast videotapes and mocks him. This gets them arrested in that particular town and eventually sends them to jail, ending the series.

Never seen any of his comedy. Sad day though. I think I'll go check some out now.

Comedian/actor. Not super famous, apparently. I believe he was in Broadway (?) remake of Hairspray, as well.

I actually liked Pinette a lot. He's on our comedy radio station a lot. Not the edgiest comedian but always got a few laughs from me.

He was like the poor man's Louie Anderson.

Funny guy, not edgy but good observational humor with a "I'm a fat guy" spin.

Pinette was that random comic that would show up on Comedy Central Specials on a rainy Saturday. I remember Pinette having a younger me and my Dad in stitches on one such day. Funny guy. RIP.

He's a lot funnier than Louis Anderson, in my opinion.

Guy was pretty straightforward, and I can always appreciate a comedian that tosses a little rage into their monologues.

His whole bit on his time in France and Italy is fantastic.

The first movie I ever saw Rooney in was a Disney Channel Original called Phantom of the Megaplex. Basically Phantom of the Opera but in a... Well it explains itself.

Haven't seen it in forever, and I'm sure it doesn't hold up well as an adult, but I still appreciate Rooney's character's speech defending himself from accusations of being the Phantom:

Mickey Rooney was fantastic in It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World

Still one of my favorite films

He was a legend in his time. The guy started as a child actor and worked as a professional actor for like 50, 60 years.
