i don't know how easy or difficult it is to implement it, but i figure that "D:" gets used so much around here we might as well have it...

    D: is the emoticon I probably use the most and the person who made it is a veteran PA forumer so I'm sure they would have no problem with it.

    the smilie version posted doenst get across what the D one does

    its probably the eyebrows, and the teeth showing.

    can we change the code for 8) so that it doesn't appear whenever you make a numbered list or end a bracketed phrase with 8? That gets pretty annoying.
