I am convinced that every story needs a tree village.

where do they get the nails?

It's all held together with tree sap.

Well holy shit! This group is organized, that's good.

What I find myself most interested in with this comic is how they'll survive out there. Fairly certain that's very much not the point, but whatever. So yeah, a large, organized group like this, with at least one person who knows how to set traps for animals, is very good.

Ooooh okay I get it. Now we know what Brian was doing before he became the animal king. I wondered why he hadn't been around for a bit. He was constructing an awesome tree village in his spare time.

These look like older kids. My guess is that they're not some separate camp, they're just kids who have been there awhile, and have adapted to life in the wilderness.

The kids Malachi has encountered thus far are all probably just closer to being in the same boat as Malachi. They are newer to the camp, so they stick to the cabins and camp facilities.

We've already seen evidence of the camp not being entirely safe, what with Seventeen being chased from her cabin by bears. These kids are chilling in trees, away from bears.

It took me three minutes of looking (trying to find the cat) before I realized that the grey thing near the center is a skull, not an ewok dangling from a noose.

Holy shit it's the Lost Boys! Or those wierd kids from Mad Max: Beyond the Thunderdome :p
Another awesome comic Katie! Funny, touching and with a great story, what more could a guy ask for?

Day 17.. Still no kitty. Getting magnifying glass tomorrow..

  • ReiskaReiska Registered User regular
Took little over a minute to find kitty, no magnifier needed but the place is cute and appropriate.

  • ZmoZmo Registered User new member
Hmm, i guess the you-know-what in the you-know-where is the kitty after all. I did see it on Day 1, but it just looked like bunch of sticks thrown into there. Magnifying glass only made it worse.
    Ole ämpärissä sitten stana.

The treehouses in the Rope Courses look so damn cool! If I were at CW, it'd be fun to stay in one of those....but then I'd be surrounded by the tough customers....I doubt I'd survive.

Tanner you never told us you were a rope courser! Maybe he just lives in a treefort but doesn't associate with them that much because he's not as mean as them?

    Hey, what's Tanner doing here?
I like the idea of Tanner hanging out with the rope course kids because they're tough- I think we've all decided that's generally how he wants to come across. What a bean.
