    Hmm. Thoughts?

    I can fly to seoul, treat it, change to dispatcher, move kristmas to ho chi mihn/manila. Then on his turn he can move to LA, move to chicago, cure chicago, fly to sao paulo, and I believe that covers every 3 cube city except london. Assuming I don't draw an epidemic

    You don't even need to get to Paris. Preda is sitting in Atlanta with Atlanta. IW's turn is:

    1) Move to Paris
    2) Shuttle to Atlanta
    3) Take Atlanta
    4) We win

    Ah, so it makes more sense to treat as many 3-cube cities as possible. That leaves much less to chance than my plan!
