It kind of felt like maybe three issues heavily condensed into one. And the ending was so ridiculous.
I wouldn't say it was bad, and for the most part it performed as expected, but it certainly didn't blow me away.
I mean, it was the fucking wedding special, I wasn't expecting From Hell. Maybe it was at once too crazy and not crazy enough? There were such intense variances in tone that I feel like good ol' Judd didn't really know what he wanted to do with the thing. Needed more Black Canary tittums.

Im ashamed at some of you for not buying Checkmate this week. It's fairly easy to pick up (might have to wiki a few things) and definately the best issue of the series so far. Suicide Squad: Raise the Flag readers should pick up this arc as well!
How is Jai a Molly ripoff? (I don't read Runaways)
I mean, aside from Jai being able to (at the moment) accelerate the growth of muscle tissue giving him da supa strength (which Molly has) and getting fatigued after awhile (which I guess Molly does too)...thats all I can gather.
