Mark all as read missing from menu

in Tube's Circus Of Bug Reports and User Issues
When I look at the cog wheel menu option I see edit profile, my drafts, the rules and sign out. Has the mark all as read moved to a different menu?

    There was an issue with it. It is currently undergoing maintenance in Work Bay 3.

    I've never clicked the mark all as read button because I was worried it would make all threads blue if I clicked it. Is this true? I was too scared to find out for myself.

    Yes.

    It acted the same as if you clicked on each and every thread.

    I may have clicked on it by accident once.
    or twice...or...

    you know...

    half a dozen times?

    This has been off for a while. I was curious to see how long it would be before someone reported it.

    I only noticed today because I use it to clear away merged threads. After merging the original thread still appears (marked as merged) but you can't actually get into it to set it as read since it redirects to the thread it was merged into.

    When it comes back is there any chance of it being located somewhere not right next to the drafts button? I know I've clicked it at least twice on accident when trying to get rid of annoying drafts. Even just down below "The Rules" link would greatly reduce the chance of a misclick.
