Look. We had some good times, really , we did. Kicked a lot of ass, tore things up, had a blast.
But seriously, where were we going? We just gonna keep wandering around picking fights, hi-fiving, forever?
Those good times were good. But, it's like high school. A lot of fun, the memories will last a life time, but if you keep hanging out with the same people, doing the same things, going the same places, what does that make you?
A loser. And I'm not a loser. I've got dreams, boys, and nobody gives you a dream, just for being a nice guy.
Me and Triple H, we've had a differences, man, we nearly killed each other, but he's a guy who gets it.
He wasn't happy just being some guy. He wanted to be a champion, he wanted to be a boss, and he did what he had to. And so did I. Cause I'm not just some guy either. He's the man who knows how to get it done.
No hard feelings, I hope. I just had to... evolve.

Jimmy Jacobs is also terrible.
Seriously, Sam Roberts did an interview with Rollins where they discuss Jacobs a bit, and you sorta can hear Rollins gingerly step around the fact that he was the breakout star of every tag team he's been in with Jimmy. Also that Rollins is like a foot taller than Jacobs.

I dunno, I might have been too busy trying to figure out what the hell Reigns was trying to say in his part of the promo. Something about brothers, justice, excellence, fists, etc.
Although Brandon Stroud, who has always not been a fan of Rollins on the mic, has jokingly claimed that Rollins being so terrible on the mic all this time was all part of the plan.
Can't wait til Ambrose realizes shit is going pear shaped and he decides to cut and run as well.

Maybe Rollins can say that he had gotten tired of saving The Shield in these matches with the sacrifices of his body. The dives at Extreme Rules and Payback. They can even show footage from TLC 2012 if they want to bring it full circle, with Rollins being the one who takes the sickest bump of the match (falling off the ladder through two tables, wanging his head on one)
Of course, Seth will say something like "I did what anyone else in my position would have done", make some sort of pun or something about "evolving", etc.
Maybe he'll cut his hair or something, who knows. Probably gonna wear suits, go back to the FCW/NXT style tights.

They don't sell any of the cool tag team stuff in the store. No Real American track jackets, no Rybaxel beanies, no Rhodes Brothers hooded trenchcoats.
Also, I was seriously considering doing my hair like Rollins, and/or dressing up as a Shield member for Halloween. Now I don't know what I'll do. Dressing up like other wrestlers just seems goofy.

It's the timing of it. The two things which have kept me watching the past few months as I was feeling fatigued going into WrestleMania were Daniel Bryan and the newly-turned Shield. One of those is on the shelf, and the other just broke up.
I was interested in grabbing tickets for when WWE comes to town in July, but now... I kind of have to wait and see.
