    Surprisingly (to me, anyway), a majority of Americans are not laying this scandal at Obama's feet (at least not entirely), with 41% saying he only had some responsibility and 19% saying he had no responsibility at all, with 38% saying either a good amount or a great deal (19% each). 2% were undecided.

    I mean, obviously people are concerned, but at least the blame is not getting concentrated strongly in all the wrong places.
