Fallout 3.
Dr. Ghoulington MD is serving as a nice counterbalance to my raider rampage in New Vegas. Speech checks, energy weapons, completely sober, rarely steals anything.
He's got a soft spot for wasteland critters, more veterinarian than mad scientist. Quite fond of his pack molerat Andy.
Never thought I would see the day when I would ride into battle on the back of a giant molerat while shooting laser guns but I probably should have.
Yeah, I have no idea how that actually happened. One moment the guy was crouched behind the entire hull. Then I look elsewhere to observe the map and come back to find just the turret still there. Amusing little circumstance though.

Some more Dawn of War while we wait for DoW2 to get unfucked...
One of the levels takes place in a swamp like area dominated by a giant crashed cargo ship. You have a nice mix of open areas outside and more claustrophobic corridors and cargo bays inside the wreckage:
Dragon Age 2, downsampled with the unofficial hires pack and SweetFx for a bit of AA. The game's implementation of AA and SSAO is incredibly taxing and pretty bad. I can make it look better, but it runs at silky smooth 60 fps atm while looking good.
It and the new Tomb Raider are both on my "grab when on a nice sale" list.
Exactly how nice? Right now, Tomb Raider is $10 on Steam (most likely will drop down to the $5-$7.50 range on a flash or daily sale). Remember Me is currently $15...that should drop down a bit if it hits a flash/daily/community-vote sale.

Took these while playing a bit of Far Cry 2 earlier today.
I love the look and feel of this game. The minimal, non-intrusive interface. The grimy, decaying look. The unrelenting hostility and the hopeless setting. It's really ballsy in a way that so many games steer completely away from. Some argue that's so for good reason, but I'm really happy that there is a game like Far Cry 2 for me to play.

The University on the bigger map, its something else.
Once you unlock a decent sniper rifle, try shooting one of the guys at a point. His friends will drag him to cover and shelter him. Does Farcry 3 do that?

The US and Euro prices match up? I'll have to look into that.

That last one isn't mine, to my enduring regret, but it's awesome. Just a Farseer and a Bloodthirster facing off alone on a plain full of corpses, and the little elf lady is crushing the Tyrannosaurus-sized daemon with her mind.

I was always kinda sad they didn't release a Tau army for Dawn of War II.
Yeah, that's just a handful of demons, so it's nothing.
This is getting just a little closer to Brutal.
Brutal Doom is too much fun. It's hard for me to play it without it now.
Steam: offday

Playing as a vampire on PC for the first time so I have a shitload of new tricks this time around. Don't need a horse when I can fly as a bat.
I suppose I should feel bad about turning this guy after he made a crack about hunting vampires but he seems so happy.
Also downloaded the Hill House player home to get an appropriate vampire bachelor pad. This place is amazing, all the class of a giant castle mod in a relatively humble manor.

Russia strong. Was a pretty fun match. Highlight unit was definitely a lone Spetnaz trooper who single handedly killed an MG nest and medium tank.

Now that's what I call "hull down".

Sadly, she was torn in two by a feral as she made her way down the mountain. Should have switched to a different character.

How Brutal?
This is lightly brutal.

I remember how OP those Necrons were. Or maybe that was just for the full tabletop experience

I haven't even done one Hurricanrana or put on a mask yet and I know I'm gonna love this game.
