According to the website 3-day passes are only $65 and single days are $30 each. That is $10 less than Pax East prices. I wonder if they got a better deal on the convention center in SA?
Interesting that they're talking about selling tickets before PAX Prime happens. I suppose I'd better start polling my group about who wants to go.
It is well before the usual time a PAX'es tickets go on sale, but delay it would put them smack in the middle of preparation or recovery from events all the way to South. And on 6/26 Robert Khoo said it should be in the next 3 weeks. That puts us at next week or the week after that. Of course, like he said, "should".
As a PAX newbie (never been able to go to one, until they announced one in my hometown!), what does group registration look like? Obviously, group buying kept small to deter scalping, but my group would like to designate a couple of buyers to jump on it for the 8 of us, or so. Is that feasible?
There isn't any official group registration. For PAX Prime and PAX East, one person can purchase up to 4 weekend's worth of badges without being flagged.

I would agree that it is the worst. I really would like to go to the first pax for once. It could be a lot of fun to do that and sitting at work hoping for tickets to go on sale before a meeting is no fun xD
