Mal, why are you still carrying those books around? Why didn't you leave them at Molebraden's place?
Also, I'm a bit curious as to what Brian's next move is going to be. If he's not able to find Seventeen soon, Malachi might find himself facing a side of Brian he really doesn't want to face.

Yes. Molebert is now in canon.

Also this comic wasn't clinically depressing.

@zyxx I think he can find her, no problem, but knows they are a triangle that needs all three sides for completeness, so he grabbed the hypotenuse along the way.

    Quick Brian!! Seventeen needs you!! <3 ;_;
(That Molebert part had me in stitches XD)

Even the foreground leaves can't resist Brian's sheer power in movement. That's some force of nature right there.

Anyone else think Molebert looks a little like Jay Sherman's kid?
(anyone remember who Jay Sherman was? God I'm old)

No worries, Prime_PM. I, too, am an old person who enjoyed The Critic when he was younger.

As an aside, this topic of conversation almost perfectly mirrors today's xkcd strip...

    BRIAN!

Malachi is not very good at making friends. Terrible one might say.

And all that was heard from Brian's traversal was the soft "foo." sound the air made as it rushed in to replace the shape of Malachi. Brian himself was completely silent.

    Also, Molebert.

Whoosh! Super Brian to the rescue!

On an unrelated note... I finally found the cat after a good 5-minute search but now I can't look at that frame without wondering how I missed it.

Its raining men, or at least cats...

I love the action panel with Brian, but still rooting for some Malachi growth here...

Holy Bananas, Batman! That cat was really hard to find for some reason. :)

So...we can still call him Molbert right?

    Molbert is a good name...

  • jkeyjkey Registered User regular
the cat is in the top right hand corner of panel 7 in case it was killing you.
Oh and this arc is greattttt!

  • jkeyjkey Registered User regular
PS: Someone should start a tumblr documenting the cat in each comic. I love that the comic doubles as a where's wally :)

  • hajenhajen Registered User regular
    where the cat be...
    1. it is generally accepted practice to put specific location information for the feral felines in a spoiler (so as not to accidentally ruin the fun for those that want to struggle through it).
    2. either you suffered a brain-fart or Katie's random panel sizes misled your numbering; the sixth panel is the actual demesne of the kitteh.

    how to insert a spoiler:
on the PA forum - select 'spoiler' from the drop-down 'format' menu.
    - or -
on the website comments - use the following format (without the spaces):
    [ s p o i l e r ] the text you want to hide goes here [ / s p o i l e r ]

I dunno about using tumblr, but I like the idea.
