I have been doing a lot of digital things lately and have been posting a lot in the doodle thread so I figured puttin' em all in one spot will help motivate me to make more of those things
so I just type in this box and it goes on the screen?

Cards for a food game I'm working on with my friends
so I just type in this box and it goes on the screen?
Maybe a vignette would be more effective, and less distracting

Thanks dudes! I'm definitely gonna keep toying with the presentation of the cards, we're in like pre pre pre alpha essentially

I want to awesome all of your stuff. You bounce between styles so well.
That said, panel five on page two in your last post is hard to read. It looks like he is walking past the couch (without a table) instead of getting ready to set a case on the table. I think a bit of above perspective would help.

Thanks Napp! I agree with yer comment, any other more dynamic angle would help sell the space better

The way you framed the subjects in that hunting photo is awesome--both of them are clear as day even in the otherwise busy forest. Well done sir. I think the only real criticism is that I think there should be a slightly more gradual fadeout of detail in the trees. There seems to be more of an invisible wall after which things are slightly less saturated than a real gradual atmosphere effect.

Thanks Napp! I agree with the weird atmosphere thing, I'll try and go in and fix that before that thing is due tomorrow.

Animation final! I did all the sounds and recorded the music, some of the animation (the dog's blast off, the moon exploding), the backgrounds that aren't in space, and all the post production
I gotta say, @jpeg, the amount of improvement you've made over the past few years has been pretty incredible. Really nice work!

Man I gotta say it feels really rad to come back to a post and see 4 artists whose work I seriously respect say stuff like that, hahaha. Thanks guys! makin' my day.
@Iruka, I basically always use photoshop. For stuff like this I occasionally do the thumbs traditionally just because I find it easier to think with a pencil, but they're pretty much just photoshop

Forgot to post the last of these!
Bully kid's torso, arms, head, etc in the last one is getting HELLA redrawn.
Also! I redid my website because I am trying to get jobs and things. I'd love feedback on it if anyone cares to look
Oh man these are such a panoramic display of amazingness. I'm used to seeing artists hone in on one particular style, and do it well. But it is often the *same* tone and style. Here, it seems like you have a multi- tiered layering of different styles, tones, approachings. Really loved this one. http://kevinkrull.com/dump/sb239-childsoldiersm.jpg As well as the vegetable ones. Do you have a blog?

@mechapop Thanks so much! Yeah I do have a blog, at periscopehorse.tumblr.com. And yeah, that was all animated in photoshop! It got put together in after effects, which is where a lot of the other animation got done too.
