    @TL DR did you figure out your poi issue? You can have the eyebolt go all the way through the block and past. It needs to be long enough to put a nut on there. On the other side of the nut drill a small hole and put a cotter pin in there. This will prevent the nut from lifting off and is standard for lifting shackles.. Have it extend past far enough to put a nut on there.

    Taco Bell is definitely the best of that nonsense, but there really aren't very many near where I live. That I know of...
