I have a veggie heavy meal ready for dinner (chicken stir fry). Also today I had a peach and a three egg cheese omelette. Also tonight I'm gonna soak some red beans for chili tomorrow
wow, energy just ran out. really wanting to just slump onto the keyboard and sleep for a bit.
insomnia / nightmares again last night but mainly I had been prepping for a presentation to a room full of people who are my boss, his peers, all of their boss etc...
went very well but it came on short notice and took a lot of energy. The project we are all working on was switching to use a certain kind of programming that I have a lot of experience in but almost noone else in the department does so I was giving them an intro lecture for the subject.

So Riemann I definitely agree that we did get forced to implement measures of austerity by hostage takers, we're also able to get a little effective stimulus. Not nearly enough, probably, but we should be in better shape in the long run than countries that were forced into harsher cuts.

I usually add 36oz beans to it, I bet you could get away with 48 if you're looking to stretch it even further
