Locking Pin Backs

HappendyHappendy Seattle, WARegistered User regular
So I'm starting to become a little more serious collector of Pinnys. I figured out during prime that if I don't have locking pin backs, I'm going to lose a pinny, and I might not have someone as nice as Khoo to give me a new Pinny reddit.com/r/PAX/comments/2f094m/lost_a_robert_khoo_face_pin/

So I know that the Penny Arcade store now sells locking pin backs for pinnys. Someone already referred me to that. But they're darn expensive. And I ordered some off of Ebay. Wrong size. I'm confused now, what do I do.

I'm curious, in what way were the eBay ones the wrong size? Was the actual pin part too slim on a PA pin for the thing to grasp?

    Digital Lanyard, I love trades - https://www.pinnypals.com/pals/dmosinee
http://pinmash.info - Two pins enter, one pins leaves... then the other pin leaves with a lower Elo rating

That's exactly it. The locking clasps I got on Ebay were a bit too big I think? But they all look the same so yeah.
