If we're ok to wait a round, I'm probably the best to be changed into a treating specialist (I'll say containment specialist, since it will work immediately during your turn) and go treat red area. I would than cure blue next turn by getting someway to atlanta with Kaneski.

Kirindal won't be able to hand Jakarta & Bangkok to you in Atlanta - I'm researcher. If that's the plan - gov'grant a research station in Jakarta or Bangkok and move yourself there, so Kirindal can hand at least one of those off.
Also, I don't think I'll have the moves to cure all the purples from Jakarta - even with borrowed time I'll need 7 actions. I guess we can stack borrowed time and airlift, but then Kirindal is better off doing that, with his medic ability anyway.
TBH, the plan is similar to mine, only everything gets cured 3 turns later :P Basically, you sac your turn curing red for saving JfP, Preda and Kirindal an action each. Ie. JfP can hand off Milan to Preda and then cure in paris... and then have 1 move left over with nothing to do.
Dammit... I keep reading Ho Chi Mihn City as 2 red cards. There are way too many spaces for my brain to think it's a single city. So I keep thinking you have 4 reds instead of 3.

Well... I guess we could gov'grant a research station in Bangkok and borrowed time you, Jdark. You port to Jakarta, grab the card, move to Bangkok, pull Kirindal up, and cure and have an action to spare to move JfP or Preda; or better yet - use Reassignment to go Scientist like Kirindal said.
Why not play Airlift to pull Kaneski to Atlanta, then have Jdarksun yoyo Preda to Atlanta. Then Gov Grant in Jakarta with a Reassignment of Jdarksun to Scientist, that way when Jdarksun gets to Jakarta he can get Jakarta and cure Red. Then Justice cures Black and Preda cures Blue on his turn in Atlanta?

Osaka and Bangkok for sure, witch force you to choose Hong-kong and Taipei too. The last point isn't important, should go in any red still with 2 cubes, probably Osaka again is the best.

And that's the time we draw epidemic (less that 5 % chance), Ho-chi-min Came out, chaining with Bangkok and Hong-Kong (wan't even try to evaluate that chance, It's minimal), than infect any 2 of them or Manila again getting a total of 8 red and 1 Purple chain epidemic...

Cure Blue.
Shuttle Flight to Karachi.
Treat Karachi.
