    I just started watching Arrow mostly due to this thread and man, four episodes into the first season and I am generally digging the whole thing.

    But about the island? Do they ever explain what's going on there? I have a solid...'Lost' feeling about it and that's not good.

    Yeah, the island is 100% explained, don't worry. The timeline does take a few seasons to finish though.
