So for the brits who watch tv, is Spaced worth getting on dvd? It sounds interesting and oh so good, but man, it hasn't been released here in the US so I would have to pay obscene prices for an import version. Will it be worth the cash moneys?

Yes, yes a thousand times yes.

Spaced is my generations Fawlty Towers. Short but pure comedic genius.

Yes, Fry is the better of the two. Laurie is hilarious but in a slapstick sort of way whereas Fry is much more wry and subtle.

Fry is just so damn smart, plus he's a chronic manic depressive, and its incredibly interesting see him talk about it in interviews.

Sounds good. Probably put an order in today. Though while looking at info about the show, I read about the whole "movie being made/not being made/confirmed/oops, just kidding" etc etc. Man, it better not leave me feeling incomplete.

Doesn't leave you feeling incomplete (listen to the commentaries too, they're brilliant) but it does leave you wishing there were more, and that it went on forever.

I thought the first episode had a great hook and I enjoyed watching the first season. I enjoyed Absolutely Fabulous too though, so...

    Yay, apathy.

My dad got really mad when he found out I didn't believe in a religion, much less his, and threatened to beat me with his belt and force me to go to church... but then again, he never goes to church and is extremely lazy and apathetic, so he never really got around to doing what he said. His view of life is that he goes to work and is the main breadwinner, so he shouldn't have to actually do anything around the house, and thus is even lazier, sitting around in his room watching tv for hours on end while I, my brother, and our mom actually do the chores.

Long story short, I don't care for him or my mom, and think they should really be divorced.

Are Kodak moments real? I didn't think those happened in real life.
