For the masses: This means that Daigo had practiced that EXACT SITUATION. FOR AWHILE.

A: Which uppercut Sagat would use
B: Know the exact height of said uppercut
C: Know exactly WHEN he needed to EX Tatsu to stay in the air just long enough to make the uppercut wiff.
For the opponent to be skilled enough to KNOW when the point of no return is to Uppercut, but not enough to know that EX Tatsu would make it wiff. You can see Bonchan waiting until the Apex of his jump to decide "This is the point of no return I'm getting uppercut/FADC Ultra now no matter what he does" And then wiffing because Diago KNEW THAT and baited him into that, because he forgot about EX Tatsu. Hell, he didn't even have time to block properly because he thought they would be at neutral/Bonchan with a slight advantage when he did it.
There's pretty much no way to know he would drop that goddamn fast to get a good followup.

Nina and Yoshimitsu have been in every Tekken ever, I imagine there will be at least one Chang. Ganryu is probably out. Alex/Roger is probably out. I think there will be a bear. Bruce, as much as I like him is probably out. Lee, hard to say. Everyone is tired of Bob, but there are a shitload of Bob players. Marduk, hard to say. Harada really likes him. Dr. B is out. I doubt there will be any clones at all, possibly including Armor King even though AK is wildly different than King. So Baek, Anna, Eddie, etc are unlikely. Jun is dead and Oscar is a better Jun anyway, so no Jun. I'd like to see Jin and DJ as a single char like they handled Kaz in TTT2. Who am I forgetting. Kunimitsu, fuck her. Raven is probably gone.
Bob I don't know but he's so goddamn good you can't really keep him out. Hell, even I had a pocket Bob in T6(Also a Pocket Zafina, for WTF reasons).
Oh, Zafina! She's probably out. She was a damn good pick though. She wasn't really good when you got used to her tricks, but when you're not, OH BOY she was a wrecking ball.
Also Oscar is totally not a better Jun you shut your whore mouth I PRACTICED HER INFINITE COMBO FOR DAYS IN T2 DAMMIT BRING HER BACK.
Lei is tough because 1. Who the fuck plays Lei, and 2. Even when you KNEW how to he wasn't even GOOD. I love T2 and T3 and all but he kinda needs a complete moveset rework to be a bit closer to Jackie, and a game/update off would give them time to do that. But all his T2/T3 parts in the T5/T6 systems is just a weird ass mess of things.
Paul suffered from it as well but they fixed that by giving him a bunch of new moves that made sense in the T5/T6 systyems. And it worked because Paul's moveset in T2/T3 was "Deathfist? DEATHFIST". Lei's is too bloated at the moment to add moves that makes sense in the t6/t7 system.
