I know that his pin changed twice, but I'm sure he'd appreciate it if you changed the "Erika Sadsad" pin to "Gavin Greco", as he is now neither married nor female identified. Maybe them we'll get pinnys with more glitter.
The hobby pin should be Gavin Greco but the Staff head was released as Erika and is still listed as such on the official Pinny Arcade website, I think for the sake of consistency and to prevent confusion it makes more sense to keep the pin as it's released name. Most of the time the Pinny Pals naming reflects the official Pinny Arcade names but occasionally when pins (usually third party) are announced we aren't given an official name for them so we try to come up with the most logical one possible (eg we called the second Garruk pin "Corrupted Garruk" but PA ended up listing it as "Dark Garruk")
In general, the staff pins are unlikely to match the official list if they keep releasing them in the format name + series#. We'll be adding some sort of prefix like "hobby" to distinguish them.
I'm sure I've heard all the other staff referring to her as "her", so I kinda assumed that's what we'd do.

That's what neutral means though :P More options would just make it more confusing.
Don't worry so much about it That's why it's not a prominent score, it is only visible in the "full feedback" and it has no bearing on your positive:negative score. I plan to allow a comment to be left if a neutral or negative score is being marked in the future and that will allow you to have infinite options because you can just explain it, e.g. "cancelled by both parties".

I really hope we don't have to start dancing around pronouns. Whatever gender you identify with is totally your business and I'm more than happy to accommodate, but I don't intend to wait for a press release. Can we all agree that everything is cool and that no one gets mad about pins? PINs4L.

A: Nope, not yet anyway. Bare with me, building things like settings screen takes a surprising amount of time, let me run this for a bit to test then you'll have some control

A: Emails are sent out every hour in batches. This lets multiples of the same type of email group up in to one email and be less annoying.
Q: NO! Really, WHERE'S THE EMAIL?!?!
A: Check your spam, make sure 'notif@pinnypals.com' is allowed to send you emails.
Q: I really really didn't get an expected email
A: Ok fine, report the details to me
If it bugs out horribly, we'll deal with it as it happens but so far I've sent out 30 odd emails and it seems ok, so fingers crossed.
"Acquisitions" is spelled incorrectly (same with pinmash.info as well). I only noticed because my lookups for blind box data broke when trying to add pin rankings.

They could have multiple claims on it, in which case, having accepted a different person, the remaining receive rejections. If it's still available though, possibly your location vs theirs.
There wouldn't be too many reasons, so I don't think it's necessary for it to be entered. You can assume it's: accepted another claim, location, removed the offer/changed their mind or feedback score (doubt that's applicable to you).
I will be adding "reasons" to direct offers though and also it will be added if you're leaving negative/neutral feedback.
There will be other improvements to the Trading Post, however at the moment people can trade pretty ok, so it's lower on the priority list.
