Yssaril have agreed to rubber stamp any agreement the Xxcha make. We approve the Xxcha <-> Nekro agreement
Naalu, it seems like you only have one agreement available, and the Xxcha and ourselves are both interested in it. Which offer would you like to participate in? You've asked me to trade and accepted Xxcha's offer as well... (obviously we'd prefer you trade with us).
I'll trade with you if Naalu decides to take Yssaril over me - but given Naalu's disposition towards you, I don't know how likely that is. @faintpremonition, your call?

Pretty sure Muaat have the only other eligible agreement for us, so whoever doesnt get Naalu will take Muaat
Naalu would trade with the Yssaril, that's a 2:2 right?
As always I recommend not allowing the runaway leader to get any trade agreements, but that has no impact on my willingness to trade with the Yssaril.

Okay, so Naalu wish to trade with the Yssaril instead of Xxcha, which we approve. @MrBlarney if the Xxcha want to trade with Muaat we are contractually bound to approve that as well.
