    I completely understand that I am biased as fuck here, but it didn't look like there was contact between the db and the receiver, even though he didn't turn around.

    They've totally called that as PI all year though, but fuck it I'll take it.

    I don't think so at all. The rule seems to always be if the defender does not turn to make a play on the ball it is pass interference.

    I don't necessarily agree with that rule, but that is how it is always called.
