I use the "Bling!" sound from Phoenix Wright whenever someone presents some crucial evidence and it seems as though phoenix gets a lightbulb over his head. It's like *Bling!* hey I have a message to me. I edited it out of the sound effects mp3 I got from the phoenix wright fansite.
Edit: It's from the "Sound Effects - Psychological" track on the first game's bonus disc.
I don't know where to upload it.
Close, but I looked at rest of the stuff in that directory.
It's Key and it's so fitting for texts, about as much as the metal gear stuff.
I have Phoenix Wright's Steel Samurai ringtone from the game as my own ringtone as well.
Those two make such an awesome phone theme.
Edit: I just noticed that one is only 1 second. The one I have is 3 and also an mp3, If anyone wants it I'll borrow pikapuff's link to upload it.
Edit 2: well mine is an mp3 but it's also 1 second long as well. I won't bother uploading, you can just convert that file in itunes or something.
On topic, but can someone tell me how to transfer a soundfile file Over to my Cellphone? It's a Razor.(D:)
The easiest way is via bluetooth, if your pc supports it and your carrier hasn't gimped the bt profiles on your phone. Otherwise you need to find a USB to mini usb cable (the kind that your razr uses for the charge port) and a copy of the motorola phone tools software.

I use a mini SD card but my phone sometimes doesnt let me copy them from the card, so I attach them in a text message to a phony number like 555 and when it fails I then save the attached song to my phone instead of the card.
There's probably an easier way, but Verizon sucks.
This may be a good place to bring it up. What's everyone's experience/opinion regarding these sites that send files to your phone, like http://www.mobile17.com/? It seems a lot more convenient than buying a cable, especially if I only want one file, but I'm afraid of getting my cell phone number on some text messaging spam lists. Does anyone know a trustworthy source?

well, I got the file as a picture message, so you might have to pay your carrier's standard picture message fees. But I actually dont know what it cost. Probably less than your standard TMobile ringtone, and with more choice cause you made it yourself.

Any specific filetype?
I'm on a T-Mobil family line and I know it charged a decent ammount to my parents when I added a few midi's to my phone. Don't know the exact ammount, but I think it was more than buying the ringers from tmobil, but the selection didn't suck as much.
My Dr. Mario Fever ringtone was a midi that I shortened, but damned if I could find the actual file again. I might be able to send you the file from my phone if you PM me your number and you want it.

yeah, I have a family plan as well, and I'd like to know how much the damage was.
I sent a few to my phone, and they worked smoothly, but they were midis. I wouldnt tempt fate by expecting anything higher quality to work.

I may have occasionally held my phone over my head when I received a text.
